3-Year Workmanship Warranty from Nicholas Design Build

Nicholas Design Build is pleased to offer a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty on all completed NDB remodeling projects. With our 3-Year labor warranty*, you will be assured that:

  • All workmanship performed by Nicholas Design Build will be installed in a professional manner
  • All work performed by Nicholas Design Build will be free from workmanship defects
  • All work will be completed in accordance with the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines
  • Nicholas Design Build will repair, replace or re-install any defective workmanship for 3 years
