Remodeling a 1990’s Home-A-Rama Kitchen

Taking on the task of remodeling a Steve Hoss 1999 Home-A-Rama award winning home can be a daunting project. Hoss Homes has gained national recognition for building some of the premier homes throughout the country, working closely with architects like Gary Nance and more celebrity clients than one could name. 

But similar to the Back Street Boys, a home’s floorplan can go out of style. When Nicholas Design Build was contacted by the homeowners, owner Kyle Nicholas and lead designer Laura Sherrell quickly went to work. First, they preformed a Comprehensive Project Assessment, which helps to ensure that all of the family’s needs are met in the proposed space. They then delivered the first of several proposed renderings, seen below.
