Project Manager

Location: Greater Indianapolis Area

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Planning, budgeting, resource, and personnel management. Client communication. Quality control. Risk management. Documentation, and compliance. They must have strong organizational and communication skills and a deep understanding of the remodeling process and construction industry.

• Attention to detail: Attention to detail helps to ensure that everything is completed to the required standards and can help to identify and address issues before they become bigger problems. 
• Leadership: As a project manager, you need to be able to lead and motivate your team to achieve their goals and complete projects on time and on budget. 
• Time management: Managing time effectively helps you prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure that projects are completed on time. 
• Adaptability: Remodeling projects can be unpredictable, so it’s important to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible with plans and timelines. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. 
• At least 5- 10 years of experience in construction or related fields 
• Experience working with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and effectively communicating project updates and addressing any concerns or questions is important. 
• Knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and construction software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp. 
• Experience in the construction industry is essential for understanding the remodeling process, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
